HAF Manpower is seeking personnel to proivde Audit Dashboard creation and Risk Management internal controls

Background
The Headquarters Air Force (HAF) Directorate of Manpower, Personnel, and Services (HAF/A1) is seeking qualified personnel to support the A1/A1X Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) initiative. The goal of this effort is to enhance audit readiness and compliance with financial regulations within the Air Force. This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is intended for information gathering and planning purposes only, and it aims to identify capable sources for future procurement.

Work Details
The contract will involve the following tasks:

1. Creation of an A1 Audit Air Force Instruction (AFI).
2. Development of an Audit Dashboard.
3. Formulation of personnel and pay risk management internal control (RMIC) policy.
4. Development of strategies to meet compliance requirements for the Full Financial Statement Audit.
5. Execution of IT and FM RMIC audit procedures, including adherence to FFMIA, FMFIA, NIST, FISMA, FISCAM, Bluebook standards, and A1 Audit protocols.
6. Implementation of Internal Control Enterprise Risk Management practices.
7. Installation of Audit Monitoring Best Practices and IT Audit tasks as assigned.
