Preclinical Medications Screening in Dependence Mo   3

Background
The National Institutes of Health (NIH), specifically the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), is issuing this contract for preclinical medications screening in dependence models of alcohol use disorder. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary services, qualified personnel, materials, equipment, and facilities to support research efforts aimed at understanding and treating alcohol use disorders.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities required to perform the Statement of Work dated August 13, 2024. Key tasks include:

1. Reporting Requirements: All reports must be submitted electronically with one hardcopy sent to the designated office. Reports must comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and be printed double-sided on at least 30% post-consumer fiber paper.

2. Technical Progress Reports: Regularly recurring reports detailing activities undertaken during the reporting period and planned future activities will be required. The frequency and specific content will be determined prior to contract award.

3. Summary of Salient Results: A summary report not exceeding 200 words detailing results achieved during the contract performance must be submitted with the final report.

4. Financial Conflict of Interest Reporting: All required reports related to financial conflicts of interest must be submitted in electronic format as per regulatory compliance requirements.

5. Deliverables: Items specified in the reporting requirements must be delivered F.o.b. Destination.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2031.

Place of Performance
The work will primarily take place at facilities associated with the National Institutes of Health located in Bethesda, MD.
