Description

NINDS Human Genetics Resource Center (2024)
Background
The National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) is seeking a contractor to establish the NINDS Human Genetics Resource Center. The specific objective of this contract is to receive, process, store, and distribute biological samples and associated phenotypic and genotypic data. The contractor will also manage and track all associated data and human subjects materials for NINDS.

Work Details
The contractor will be required to furnish all the necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities needed to perform the Statement of Work. The contract will be a Cost Reimbursement Level of Effort type contract with a base 12-month period of performance and four successive 12-month term Option Periods, and one 6-month term Option Period for a total potential performance period of 5 and a 1/2 years. The level-of-effort will be the labor hours described in Article F.3 Level of Effort.
