Background
The solicitation is for A-E Title I, II, and III Engineering Services to support several programs administered by WAPA (Western Area Power Administration), which sells wholesale energy to various customers. The work includes planning, scoping, preliminary and final design, supervision of construction, and other related services.

Work Details
The tasks to be performed under this contract include conducting topographical and field surveys, collaborating with WAPA to determine project requirements, preparing preliminary studies and estimates, undertaking the design of the construction project, preparing and revising contract bidding documents, supervising construction progress, preparing reports on construction progress, providing reproducible 'as-built' record drawings, and other related services.

The contract may also include disciplines such as architecture, archeology, surveying services, system studies, materials testing, cost estimating, project management, construction management, and engineering services to support transmission and distribution lines and substations. The geographic area covered by the scope of work includes multiple states in the US.

Period of Performance
The IDIQ contract duration will be for 5 years comprised of one base year and four option years.
