Best Pharmaceuticals for Children Act (BPCA) Pediatric Trials Network (PTN)
Background
The Best Pharmaceuticals for Children Act (BPCA) Pediatric Trials Network (PTN) is issued by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), specifically the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD).

4. Reporting on Financial Conflict of Interest as per 45 CFR Part 94.
5. Ensuring compliance with NIH policies regarding human subjects in research, including obtaining Institutional Review Board approvals.
6. Conducting regular vulnerability scans and reporting results as required.
7. Maintaining confidentiality and nondisclosure of information provided by HHS or collected on its behalf.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from May 19, 2025, to May 18, 2033.
