Background
The MICC Fort Cavazos is issuing a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for operational washdown services of unit equipment, including vehicles, trailers, and containers. The goal of this contract is to ensure that unit equipment is properly washed in preparation for the deployment of the C/553rd, 1CSDB unit. This requirement is critical for maintaining operational readiness and compliance with agricultural sanitization standards prior to shipment.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform operational washdown as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:
- Establishing operational washdown sites at designated facilities with full access to utilities.
- Providing Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to lift containers for cleaning.
- Setting up wastewater runoff collection equipment to capture 100% of wastewater runoff from washdown sites.
- Collecting and disposing of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes generated during the process in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Tracking washed vehicles by type and bumper number.
- Ensuring all work complies with applicable safety and environmental requirements.
- Obtaining necessary licenses and permits for disinfecting work on a Federal installation.
- Conducting operations during normal working hours while maintaining an adequate workforce for uninterrupted service.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from November 12 to November 15, 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Fort Cavazos, TX.
