AMARG Pre-Proposal Tooling Meeting

This notice is to inform pre-qualified and potentially qualified offerors of a pre-proposal tooling conference that will be held at AMARG/Davis-Monthan AFB to familiarize offerors with the GFE tooling that may be available for use with the ATTACK program. Please carefully review the saftey considerations, tentative schedule and access requirements, as detailed below.
Safety Considerations:

Sunburn - Wear long sleeves, SPF50, hats, sunglasses.

Heat - Plan to bring water

PPE - Over-the-ankle footwear strongly recommended

Animals:
Black Ants - no recognizable "hill", watch where you step
Killer Bees - may have hives in tooling storage areas
Rattle Snakes - will be sheltering in shaded areas
Black Widow Spiders - look out for irregular/tangled webs
Scorpions

Access Information:

Please see the attached spreadsheet which must be filled out and returned with each individual attendee's information. Access is limited to five (5) persons from each offeror. Return the attached spreadsheet to the above-noted POCs no later than COB on Friday, 8 June 2018. This will ensure Davis-Monthan and AMARG have enough time to process access requests.

Please note, all guests must use their LEGAL information. Nicknames, missing information or incorrect information will cause them to be removed from the list due to not providing valid information for entry into a government installation. Please only list individuals 18 years or older.

Upon your arrival, please let the gate guards know that you are on the Special Events EAL, and you will need to show your driver's license.
