Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary, to complete the interior and exterior building renovation tasks as identified in the paragraphs below. Prior to starting tasks, contractor shall verify existing site conditions, including dimensions. See statement of work for more detailed work. RCO-HI currently has an IDIQ contract for the performance of a broad range of real property maintenance and repair or minor military construction, force protection and environmental compliance projects for the 9th MSC at various United States Army Reserve Centers (USARC) in Pacific Region to include the island of Guam, Saipan, and American Samoa.
