Description

This Special Notice serves as the PreSolicitation notice that an RFP is forthcoming.

Estimated release date of the RFP is May 31, 2022. The ICE CO will post the RFP and all associated Attachments to SAM.GOV.

Requirement: The scope of this requirement is to provide up to 67,500,000 rounds of 9MM Luger or 9MM Luger +P caliber Duty ammunition between 124-150 grains to support OFTP and the armed ICE agents in the field. All ammunition must meet the specifications in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW).

If the Government decides that it is advantageous to make multiple IDIQ awards, then those awards will be made to the offerors that present the best value to the Government.
