The contractor is required to provide licenses for 19 JREs between Shaw and Al Udeid; while providing end-to-end service and maintenance to 22 JREs. This includes furnishing 22 each JRE Help Desk support subscriptions including 24/7 telephone, email, and web technical support, return material authorization/repair support and baseline software upgrades for the covered JRE systems at Shaw AFB and AUAB; and providing on-site JRE field support SMEs (2 at Shaw AFB and 1 at AUAB) to provide scheduled/unscheduled maintenance and sustainment support for fielded JRE systems and software.
