99TH Readiness Division - Real Estate/Real Property Professional Services   3

Background
The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is issuing this requirement on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division Directorate of Public Works (DPW). The mission of the 99th RD is to manage Real Property and Real Estate functions across a thirteen-state area, including the District of Columbia.

This contract aims to procure professional services necessary for maintaining and updating various property management systems and ensuring compliance with regulations related to Real Property utilization and reporting.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide comprehensive support for daily Real Estate and Real Property functions, which include:

- Preparing Reports of Availability (ROA) for long-term and short-term out-grants.
- Managing Real Estate disposal.
- Facilitating facility acquisitions.
- Generating operational reports related to 99th RD facilities.
- Producing memorandums as requested.

Additionally, the contractor will perform site inspections, maintain data within databases such as APSR, GFEBS, HQIIS, RPAMS, conduct monthly audit assignments, and ensure the physical and digital maintenance of 99th RD Real Property records in accordance with the Performance Work Statement at Major John P. Pryor United States Army Reserve Center (USARC).

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of performance lasting 12 months with four additional 12-month options.
