$99M Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Facilities Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (FSRM), Design-Build (D-B)/Design-Bid-Build (D-B-B) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC)   2

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Northwestern Division, Omaha District, is issuing a $99 million Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

The contract aims to support military and civil stakeholders within the Omaha District's Area of Responsibility (AOR), which includes states such as Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.

Work Details
The scope of work under this contract includes all tasks related to design-build (D-B) and design-bid-build (D-B-B) projects for existing military and civil stakeholders.

The majority of projects are anticipated to be military FSRM design-build projects. Specific tasks may include:
- Facilities sustainment activities
- Restoration efforts for existing structures
- Modernization projects to upgrade facilities
- Compliance with safety standards and quality control measures
- Management of personnel and subcontractors involved in construction activities.

Individual task orders will be solicited and competed within the MATOC pool on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis.

Period of Performance
The base period of performance is three years with an option for an additional two years, making the total potential duration up to five years.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed in various locations within the Omaha District’s Area of Responsibility including Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
