The Army Contracting Command New Jersey at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of Logistics, Research, & Engineering Directorate (LRED), Life Cycle Supportability Division (LCSD) located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. This RFP will utilize best value evaluation procedures. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price five year contract is anticipated. The intention is to make multiple awards. The total value of all potential orders issued under all awarded contracts will not exceed $29,967,029.00. Additional information will be provided with RFP.
The RFP issuance date is currently forecasted to be on or about 6 June 2013. The deadline for all proposals will be 30 calendar days after issuance of the RFP.
