988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline Rectangle Magnet & 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline Square Magnet

Background
The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is issuing this contract for the procurement of promotional magnets as part of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline initiative. The goal is to produce high-quality, full-color magnets that will be used for awareness and outreach efforts related to mental health support services.

Work Details
The contractor is required to produce two types of magnets: the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline Rectangle Magnet (2024 Logo) and the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline Square Magnet (2025 Logo). The specifications include:
- Quantity: 1,500,000 for the rectangle magnet and 1,750,000 for the square magnet.
- Dimensions: Rectangle - 3.25” x 5.875”; Square - 4.75” x 4.75”.
- Material: Printed on 30 mil magnetic base sheeting with white vinyl facing and UV coating suitable for both outdoor and indoor use.
- Each magnet must be shrink-wrapped in packs of 50.
- A PDF proof is required prior to printing, which must be evaluated for text flow, image position, and color breaks. The contractor must not print until an 'OK to Print' is received.
- The contractor must also perform a preflight check of furnished media before processing and report any issues immediately.

Period of Performance
The contract period includes bid opening on April 3, 2025, with delivery milestones set for April 30, May 30, and June 30 of the same year.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the contractor's facility with final deliveries made to the U.S. Government Publishing Office's Laurel Publications Distribution Center located at 8660 Cherry Lane, Ste #32, Laurel, MD 20707-4950.
