Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District has issued a $95M 8(a) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build Construction Services for the State of Hawaii. The contract is a total 8(a) set-aside.

Work Details
The contract includes two phases of Design-Build/Design-Bid-build selection procedures, instructions to proposers, representations and certifications, general conditions, and appendixes for Davis Bacon Act Wage Determination, offeror questions and comments.
