16. Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 675 TEUs while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements. The vessel must be capable of 13 knots minimum when laden and must not exceed maximum Length Overall (LOA) of 825 ft. (251.4m.) and draft 33.8 ft. (10.3m).
