Description

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Acquisition Solutions (OAS), Headquarters Acquisition Division (HQAD), and Office of Air and Radiation (OAR), under the authority of FAR Parts 12 and 13, hereby awards sole source, Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order via FedConnect/SAM.GOV for Glass & Quartz Filters provided by Global Life Sciences Solutions USA LLC (also known as Cytiva; other than small business, UEI FG41DG32EGC3). The services shall include procuring, testing, and distributing filters of high purity to the state/local air pollution control agencies. The period of performance for this effort will be a 12-month base period with one (1) 12-month option period.
