Background
The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, is issuing this contract for the procurement of belt screen mesh to be used at the Sunnyside Screen Site. The mission of the Bureau of Reclamation is to manage water resources in the western United States. This contract aims to ensure the effective operation of fish screens that prevent fish from entering pump systems. The belt screens are critical for maintaining ecological balance while facilitating irrigation operations.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide two (2) units of Belt Screen Mesh as per the following specifications:
- Intralox Part # 613771
- Belt: Series 1800 Mesh Top V2 UV (With Orange Slidelox)
- Material: Resistant Acetal Black
- Width: 122.2 inches (+/- 0.6 inch) (122.0 links)
- Length: 56.0 feet (269 rows)
- Rods: Acetal Black

The belt screens must function with existing sprocket/drive systems, specifically Intralox/Hydralox Series 1800, which do not require replacement. Additionally, all shipping charges must be included in the overall price and should not be priced separately.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required by November 22, 2024.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to Bureau of Reclamation, Yakima Field Office, located at 1910 Marsh Road, Yakima, WA 98901.
