Description

The purpose of this requirement is to obtain contractor-provided Tier II/III help desk support for the sustainment of 911 software and hardware systems located within each Department of the Air Force (DAF) installation's Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP). This includes support for Digital Logging Recorders (DLRs) integral to the 911 enterprise architecture, as well as on site dispatch support at multiple Air Force Bases. All services must incorporate the latest Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) and Approved Product List (APL) certified software updates and patches to ensure full compliance, operational reliability, and mission readiness.

Background
The Department of the Air Force (DAF) is seeking contractor-provided Tier II/III help desk support for the sustainment of 911 software and hardware systems at each DAF installation's Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP).

The goal is to ensure operational reliability and mission readiness through compliance with the latest Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) and Approved Product List (APL) certified software updates and patches.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, and services for the continued sustainment of the E911 system, which includes:
- System and software maintenance and support.
- Database management and updates.
- 24/7 technical support and incident response.
- System monitoring and performance tuning.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and local 911 regulations.

Place of Performance
