Stea - Bulk Coal Delivery

Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the delivery of bulk bituminous coal to support railroad operations at the Steamtown National Historic Site.

The goal of this contract is to ensure a reliable supply of coal for operational needs, aligning with the NPS's mission to preserve and interpret America's natural and cultural heritage.

Period of Performance
Base Period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 with options to extend annually for up to four additional years.

Steamtown National Historic Site, located at 150 S. Washington Avenue, Scranton, PA.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set Aside. Bidders must provide evidence of past performance on similar projects. Offerors are required to submit a project narrative demonstrating technical capability and three projects completed in the past three years that are similar in scope.
