Description: Clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker(s), with an inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks (multiple awards up to two vessels or until government needs are met) that are capable of carrying a minimum of 240,000 bbls of clean product (intentions F76 and/or JP5) within vessel's natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation.
  17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer's Option (Intentions Ulsan, South Korea); and the place/range of redelivery is Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer's Option (Intentions Sasebo, Japan). The laydays commence 03 December 2026 and cancel 04 December 2026, and the period of performance will be about 90 days for each chartered vessel.
