Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on contract FA468625PC018, awarded to Botach for $208,294 (09/17/25–10/17/25). That prior requirement involved safety and protective clothing for the 9th Civil Engineer Squadron, including ballistic headwear, a plate carrier, hanger pouches, and training plates—items that closely match the current RFQ’s tactical combat equipment set (plate carriers, pouches, high-cut ballistic helmets, and training plates). The short performance period and direct item overlap suggest the current procurement may be a continuation or follow-on replenishment of similar equipment.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
FA468626QC012 is issued as an RFQ.
