General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Delineated Area:

  • South Boundary: Route 50, between Loudoun County Pkwy / Rt 606 and VA-286 (Fairfax County Pkwy)
  • East Boundary: From Route 50 and VA-286 (Fairfax County Pkwy), head North on VA-286 (Fairfax County Pkwy) until reaching Wiehle Ave. Head West on Wiehle Ave until reaching VA-228 (Dranesville Rd). Head North on VA-228 (Dranesville Rd) until reaching State Rte 604
  • North Boundary: From VA-228 (Dranesville Rd) & State Rte 604, head West on State Rte 604 until reaching VA-625. Head West on VA-625 until reaching Waxpool Rd. Head West on Waxpool Rd until reaching VA 901 / Claiborne Parkway. Continue on Waxpool Rd / Truro Parish Drive until reaching Belmont Ridge Rd / VA-659
  • West Boundary: From Truro Parish Drive and Belmont Ridge Rd / VA-659, head south on Belmont Ridge Rd / VA-659 until reaching Arcola Mills Dr. Head East on Arcola Mills Dr until reaching State Route 606 / Loudoun County Parkway until reaching Route 50

  • 2 separate but adjacent warehouse spaces preferred

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease IS required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.

Expressions of Interest must be received in writing no later than July 27, 2022 by 4pm Eastern Time.
