8KVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Bypass Switches   2

Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is a Department of Defense entity responsible for research, development, test and evaluation, engineering, and fleet support for the Navy’s ships, submarines, military watercraft, and unmanned vehicles.

This contract aims to provide Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) and associated bypass switches to enhance electrical energy storage and auxiliary electrical power systems across various Navy vessels.

Work Details
The contractor shall produce, test, and deliver the following items:

1. **First Article Test Units**:
- **CLIN 0001**: 8kVA UPS (1 Unit)
- **CLIN 0002**: Bypass Switch (1 Unit)

2. **Production Units** (to be delivered over five years):
- **CLIN 0003**: 8kVA UPS
- Year 1: 25 Units
- Year 2: 27 Units
- Year 3: 13 Units
- Year 4: 6 Units
- Year 5: 11 Units
- **CLIN 0004**: Bypass Switch
- Year 1: 25 Units
- Year 2: 27 Units
- Year 3: 13 Units
- Year 4: 6 Units
- Year 5: 11 Units

3. **Shipping Costs**:
- Not-to-Exceed amount of $125,000 for shipping all units.

4. **Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs)**:
- CDRLs A001 through A018 are included in the contract requirements.

All equipment must meet specifications outlined in MIL-DTL-24765B and other applicable military standards. The contractor is also responsible for providing DoD unique identification or a recognized equivalent for all items.

Period of Performance
The contract will span five years with specific delivery timelines for each year as detailed above.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division located at Philadelphia, PA.
