8BDE Santiago High School JCLC - 8-10 June 2026

Background
The contract is issued by the United States Army Cadet Command (USACC) for the 8th Brigade to support the Santiago High School Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC).

The JCLC is an annual three-day event aimed at enhancing leadership skills among JROTC Cadets, providing them opportunities for physical fitness, citizenship exercises, and interaction with peers from other schools.

The camp is a requirement under Cadet Command Regulation (CCR) 145-2, which mandates annual participation in such events.

Work Details
The contractor will provide non-personal services including:
- Facilities for lodging and training activities.
- Logistical support for the event.
- Meals for 64 cadets and 8 cadre/chaperons, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Training areas equipped for various activities such as Rappel Training, Leaders’ Reaction Course, Map Reading/Land Navigation Training, Team Building Activities, Aquatic Activities, Physical Fitness Training, Leadership Training, Drill and Ceremony Training, and Substance Abuse Awareness Training.
- Safety briefings and an Award/Graduation Ceremony at the conclusion of the camp.

The total duration of the camp will be from June 8 to June 10, 2026.

The contract will be performed over a period from June 8, 2026 to June 10, 2026.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Santiago High School located at 12342 Trask Ave., Garden Grove, CA 928431.
