Description

This is an indef inite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) construction contract for general modification, repair,
alteration, and design/engineering for f acilities w hich may include minor new construction, design-build, or design
bid-build requirements at Naval Air Station Key West, other outlying areas under the oversight of Public Works
Department, NAS Key West, Florida and AUTEC, Andros Island,Bahamas. The contract will not exceed a 60 month
ordering period or the contract not-to-exceed (NTE) amount of $4,000,000, w hichever comes f irst.
The anticipated range f or task orders is $25,000 to $2,000,000.
