The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and parts necessary to deliver dry ice blocks using contractor-furnished containers that preserve product integrity in support of air transportation and cargo preservation operations for the 89th Aerial Port Squadron at Joint Base Andrews, MD. The contractor must maintain sufficient capacity to fulfill scheduled weekly deliveries, as well promptly accommodate emergent and surge shipments to designated locations. The contractor shall also maintain continuous availability, implement digital invoicing and delivery record-keeping systems, and conduct regular exchange of containers.

AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of this amendment is to issue the consolidated Requests for Information (RFIs), incorporate the revised Performance Work Statement (PWS), and update the COMBO to reflect changes to the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure.

Background
The 89th Aerial Port Squadron at Joint Base Andrews, MD, is seeking a reliable delivery system for dry ice to support its air transportation mission. This acquisition is critical for maintaining safe temperatures during the transport of temperature-sensitive food and cargo, which is essential for mission success and operational continuity.

Work Details
The vendor must provide dry ice in 50-pound blocks with a minimum purity of 99.5% CO₂. Deliveries are required weekly, specifically 4,000 lbs every Wednesday between 0730 and 1630, as well as variable quantities as needed to designated points at Joint Base Andrews (JBA). Key requirements include:
