Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), specifically the Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO 22), is seeking sources to fulfill a requirement for milk and dairy products. This solicitation is part of their mission to provide quality services to veterans through various healthcare systems, including VA Long Beach, Loma Linda, San Diego, and Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. The goal of this contract is to ensure a consistent supply of dairy products that meet federal standards and regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will supply the following milk and dairy products in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW):

1. **1% Low Fat Lactose Free Milk UHT ½ Gallon**
- Quantity: 1 EA
- Contract Period: Base
- POP Begin: 12-01-2025
- POP End: 11-30-2026

2. **1% Reduced Fat Milk 8 oz**
- Quantity: 1 EA
- Contract Period: Base
- POP Begin: 12-01-2025
- POP End: 11-30-2026

3. **2% Milk - ½ Gallon**
- Quantity: 1 EA
- Contract Period: Base
- POP Begin: 12-01-2025
- POP End: 11-30-2026

4. **2% Milk - ½ PT**
5. **2% Milk - ¼ PT**
6. **2% Milk - 6 GAL (Polly Bag)**
7. **2% Reduced Fat Milk 4 oz**
8. Additional items as specified in the complete price/cost schedule.
All products must be processed and packaged under sanitary conditions, conforming to federal regulations, with proper labeling including expiration dates.

Period of Performance
Base period from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to various VA Medical Centers including Long Beach, Loma Linda, San Diego, and Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.
