Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Network Contracting Office 4, is issuing a contract for dairy and juice products to support the Lebanon VA Medical Center (LVAMC). Work Details

- Milk, low fat 1%, ½ pint: 86,750 units
- Milk, skim, ½ pint: 5,000 units
- Milk, chocolate, fat-free, ½ pint: 6,850 units
- Drink, orange, ½ gallon: 680 units
- Diet Caffeine Free Iced Tea, ½ Pint: 10,300 units
- Milk, whole, ½ pint: 9,500 units
- Lactaid, ½ pint: 10,300 units.

These quantities are estimates and may vary based on actual demand. All products must comply with applicable federal and state regulations regarding food safety and quality assurance. Period of Performance
The intended award effective date is April 1, 2025, with an expiration date of March 31, 2030.

All products will be delivered to the Lebanon VA Medical Center located at 1700 South Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon PA 17042.
