Description

The 88th Readiness Division (RD) has a need for preventative and corrective
facility maintenance services for United States Army Reserve facilities in the
Columbus Region. The Columbus Region includes portions of the state of Ohio.
The contract will be awarded as a Stand-Alone Firm-Fixed-Price contract in fiscal
year 2024 with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods and
one six-month extension in accordance with (IAW) FAR 52.217-8, Option to
Extend Services. This requirement will be a competitive set aside for 8(a) small
businesses using FAR subpart 19.8 and the SBA/DoD Partnership Agreement.
This will be solicited as 100% 8(a) set aside competitive acquisition.
