88th DES IDS

Background
The 88th Regional Support Command (RSC) is issuing this contract for Non-Personal Intrusion Detection System (IDS) Maintenance Services. The goal of the contract is to ensure the effective operation and maintenance of IDS across various locations within the 88th RSC's jurisdiction, enhancing security and safety for personnel and government property.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, and services needed to perform IDS preventative maintenance, inspections, and corrective maintenance services. Specific tasks include:

1. Conducting semi-annual preventative maintenance inspections on monitored IDS in accordance with Army Regulation 190-11.
2. Providing a quarterly projected preventative maintenance inspection schedule covering a 12-month period.
3. Performing corrective maintenance as needed during or after preventative maintenance inspections.
4. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations including OSHA standards and maintaining a safe working environment.
5. Reporting any circumstances of needed repairs or hazardous conditions immediately to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
6. Maintaining an inventory of Government Furnished Property (GFP) and ensuring its security.
7. Attending post-award conferences and periodic progress meetings as required.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with four optional twelve-month periods and a six-month option to extend services. Additionally, there will be a phase-in period starting April 1, 2026.

Various locations within the 88th Regional Support Command's jurisdiction.
