Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.603 this noticed is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice. Quotes are being requested at this time. The Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (DOI, BLM), National Operations Center (NOC) Acquisitions located in Denver, CO is issuing this combined solicitation/synopsis for routine hay supply and delivery for the Ridgecrest Wild Horse and Burro Holding Facility, Ridgecrest, California. L16PS00683 is a Request for Quote using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document, statement of work, and incorporated provisions and clauses are attached. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed priced, single award contract with a twelve (12) month period of performance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 111940, Hay Farming, with a small business size standard of $0.75M. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Paper copies of this combined solicitation/synopsis will not be mailed.
