Request For Proposal (RFP) to solicit for an IDIQ   4

Background
The Office of Secure Transportation (OST), part of the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), is seeking to procure tactical gear for newly assigned and existing Federal Agents. The goal of this contract is to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that allows for the procurement of necessary supplies and services to support the agency's mission.

Work Details
The contract will encompass various products and services, including tactical gear, custom website development, and website hosting and maintenance. The IDIQ contract will allow NNSA to place task orders as needed within the general scope defined in the OST BADGER Statement of Requirements (SOR). Specific details include:

- Base Year: 15 Apr 2026 – 14 Apr 2027
- Option Year I: 15 Apr 2027 – 14 Apr 2028
- Option Year II: 15 Apr 2028 – 14 Apr 2029
- Option Year III: 15 Apr 2029 – 14 Apr 2030
- Option Year IV: 15 Apr 2030 – 14 Apr 2031
- Transition Period: 15 Apr 2026 – 14 Jun 2026
- Minimum Guarantee for the life of the IDIQ contract is $2,500.00 on first delivery order.
- Delivery for all items will be made to designated locations as specified in each task order.

Period of Performance
Base Year: April 15, 2026 to April 14, 2027; with options extending through April 14, 2031.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to multiple locations within Albuquerque, NM, specifically to the NNSA Secure Transportation at Albuquerque Complex.
