The South Dakota National Guard has a requirement for a Hazardous Materials Technician Refresher course. The award vendor will provide a 3-day hazardous materials technician refresher course that meets the requirements of OSHA regulations, 29 CFR 1910.120 (q) (6) (iii), and NFPA 472 for no more than 40 students. This course of instruction will recertify all members of the 82nd CST as hazardous materials technicians and ensure their ability to respond to hazardous material/WMD incidents in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. The expected time of the course will be 11 - 14 January, 2022.

The period of performance will be time of contract awarded, to event execution and will include approximately four (4) working days. This includes one (1) day for site preparation and three (3) days for execution, tear down, and an after action review (AAR).

This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-aside and award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. All offerors MUST have an active SAM Registration at time of solicitation closing.
