SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS: USACE Charleston District intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) GSA Task Order to a SMALL BUSINESS Schedule holder(s) under MAS/SIN #: 561210FAC. Period of Performance: Twelve (12) Months Base + Four (4), 12 Month Options. In addition, there is the potential for up to Six (6) Months Option(s) under FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services to continue at awarded period rates each of Janitorial Services, Pest Control Services, Rodent Control Services, and Grounds Maintenance Services for up to 6 additional months. The intention of this RFQ is to obtain Janitorial, Pest Control & Rodent Control, and Grounds Maintenance Services at multiple 81st RD Facility Sites (FACIDs) throughout Tennessee. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide these services.
