Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to procure Medication Return Envelopes for multiple VA Medical Centers (VAMC) and Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) locations. The goal of this contract is to provide a secure and efficient disposal system for medications, including controlled substances, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of Medication Return Envelopes that are prepaid mailers measuring 11 x 8 inches. These envelopes will be used for the disposal of Schedule II-V and non-controlled medications. Key specifications include:
- Non-descript packaging
- Tracking capabilities for shipments both inside and outside of the United States.

Quantities and ordering periods are as follows:
- Item 0001: 600 cases (CS) of Medication Recovery System Envelopes, each case containing 250 envelopes, for Ordering Period 1 (POP Begin: 11-01-2024, POP End: 10-31-2025).
- Item 0002: 20 CS for shipments outside the US, same ordering period.
- Subsequent ordering periods will have similar quantities with specific dates extending through 2029.

Period of Performance
The period of performance spans from November 1, 2024, to October 31, 2029, with multiple ordering periods defined within this timeframe.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to various VA Medical Centers and CMOP locations across the United States.
