The U.S. Embassy Kathmandu, Nepal, is issuing a solicitation for commercial services as part of the initiative '80 Years Together: Building Nepal's Next Century with American Innovation.' This program aims to celebrate the 80th anniversary of U.S.-Nepal relations through various activities including AI, commercial diplomacy, startup acceleration, sports diplomacy, and public engagement.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel, as well as logistics, coordination, and support services to implement the following programs:

1. AI for Academic Excellence program;
2. Startup Export Readiness Accelerator;
3. Sports Diplomacy Initiative promoting the upcoming Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games;
4. '80 Stories: Eighty Years, Eighty Lives Changed' storytelling campaign.

The overall goal is to engage in a year-long campaign that highlights the significance of U.S.-Nepal relations.

The anticipated performance period is for one year.
