8-Station Shower Trailer Rental

Background
This Sources Sought Notice is issued by the 502D Contracting Squadron for the rental of an 8 Station Shower Trailer at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph, TX.

The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research to identify contractors capable of providing the required services and associated costs. The agency aims to ensure that they can acquire the necessary items/services effectively.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all supervision, transportation, and equipment for the rental of an 8 Station Shower Trailer.

The trailer must have door or wall separation between four showers on each side. Key requirements include: delivering the trailer to a designated area with all showers and electrical components in good working order; performing necessary repairs; servicing (cleaning) the trailer two times weekly; coordinating with the 502 CES Project Manager for a walk-through and testing prior to usage; and scheduling work with the 502d CES Operations/Planning section.

The contractor must ensure that all operations comply with OSHA requirements and Air Force Occupational Safety & Health standards. Daily inspections will be conducted by a representative from 502 CES.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of four months, starting from May 15, 2023, to September 15, 2023.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at BLDG 503, JBSA Randolph, located at 489 Military Plaza.
