Background
The contract is for the rental of 8 portable latrines and 8 handwashing stations for an IDT training at La Copa Ranch, Encino, TX 78353. The period of performance is from 12th January 2023 to 12th February 2023. The contractor is required to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the services.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide clean and serviceable latrines and handwashing stations without material defects. This includes servicing, cleaning, and sanitizing each latrine and handwashing station a minimum of once per day, ensuring sufficient supplies in the latrines and handwashing stations until the next cleaning, transporting bulk water to handwashing stations, removing and properly disposing of gray water and trash generated through latrine and handwashing station operations daily at a designated disposal location.
Additionally, the contractor must repair or replace any broken or unserviceable latrines within 24 hours of notice of unserviceability and relocate latrines/handwashing stations if necessary within 12 hours of request.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from 12th January 2023 to 12th February 2023.

Place of Performance
The services are to be performed at various field training areas across Texas.
