Description

This is an 8(a) Sole Source Procurement. This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) for commerical and institutional building construction work as defined under NAICS Code
236220 at various locations within the Naval Support Activity (NSA) Monterey area of responsibility (AOR). The total contract value shall not exceed $4,500,000.00.
