Description

SEE ATTACHED CONSOLIDATION MEMORANDUM. Performance Oriented Contract Action (POCA) for use within SWD and primarily the Tulsa District boundaries of the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to be used for either civil and/or military construction projects, design-build construction, repairs, and maintenance. The primary place, or area(s) of performance within the Tulsa District boundaries for this IDC contract are military installations in Oklahoma and north Texas, and USACE SWT dams and recreation areas. Specific area(s) of performance will be identified at the time of individual task order award(s).

Background
The Performance Oriented Contract Action (POCA) is intended for use within the Southwestern Division (SWD) and primarily the Tulsa District boundaries of the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). It is designed for civil and/or military construction projects, design-build construction, repairs, and maintenance. The primary place of performance within the Tulsa District boundaries for this Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) are military installations in Oklahoma and north Texas, as well as USACE SWT dams and recreation areas. Specific areas of performance will be identified at the time of individual task order awards.
