Background
The U.S. Army Engineer District, Mobile is issuing a solicitation for the construction of the 7th Enlisted Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UEPH) at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. The project aims to provide safe and secure housing for personnel of the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne). This contract is part of the agency's mission to support military personnel by ensuring adequate living conditions.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for constructing two 120-person Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing facilities at Camp Simons, Eglin AFB, Florida. Each facility will include:
- Living and sleeping quarters
- Baths
- Storage areas
- Service areas
- Information systems
- Fire protection and alarm systems
- Installation of an Intrusion Detection System (IDS)
- Connection to Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS)

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a subcontracting plan as this project requires it. Contractors must be registered in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) prior to award. Additionally, contractors must comply with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 requirements for information systems used in processing Federal Contract Information or Controlled Unclassified Information.
