Work Details
The contract includes the following key components:

1. **Illumina DRAGEN Server v4**: 8 units required. This server contains an integrated FPGA chip for accelerated NGS secondary analysis with DRAGEN pipelines. A DRAGEN license is necessary for operation.

2. **Informatics Professional Services**: 12 units required for services rendered related to Illumina informatics products and solutions.

3. **DRAGEN Server Level 5 1-year License**: 3 units required with a throughput capacity of 2,000,000 Gb on the DRAGEN Server.

The system must meet specific salient characteristics including:
- An appliance-based system capable of analyzing whole genomes and other genomic data types.
- High accuracy and rapid processing capabilities for variant calling and data analysis.
- Compliance with privacy regulations ensuring all hardware and data remain within VA jurisdiction.
- Pre-installed genomic analysis pipelines to facilitate immediate use without delays.
