Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to procure a TrackCore Electronic Tissue Tracking System to enhance the management of biological and non-biological implant inventory at the Detroit VA Medical Center. This system is essential for meeting regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with standards set by the Joint Commission.

The contract aims to provide continued licensure and RFID services for effective tracking and management of implant inventory, which includes the ability to track implants from donor to patient and back, thereby addressing recalls efficiently.

Work Details
The contract includes the following specific products and services:
- Seventeen (17) TrackCore TC 130 25 cu. ft. Intelligent Cabinets (Model TC-130)
- One (1) TrackCore TC 195 12.5 cu. ft. Intelligent Cabinet (Model TC-195)
- One (1) TrackCore TC 174 20.2 cu. ft. Intelligent Refrigerator (Model TC-174)
- One (1) TrackCore TC 188 14.9 cu. ft. Intelligent Freezer (Model TC-188)
- Four (4) On-site RFID Implementation services
- Five (5) Annual RFID Service Fees.

These items must integrate with the TrackCore Implant and Tissue Tracking System, enabling real-time item tracking, temperature monitoring, automated documentation, recall management, and VISN level reporting.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is five years from the award date.

The products and services will be delivered and performed at the Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, located at 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI 48201.
