Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to procure an AMiON Enterprise subscription service with support services at VA Albuquerque. This procurement is necessary due to the previous scheduling platform managed by the Portland VA, which ceased operations in the first quarter of FY 25.

The Albuquerque facility is requesting this capability as several other VA facilities, including those in Palo Alto and Puget Sound, utilize the AMiON scheduling platform.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following under the contract:
- 51 user licenses for healthcare professionals.
- Unlimited access to the AMiON mobile app for schedule updates and viewing schedules.
- A central display of all schedules.
- Unlimited, real-time viewing of schedules.
- Unlimited schedules for existing departments, clinics, and facilities.
- Ability to submit system support issues via phone and email.
- A library of pre-recorded training and user guides for all system functionalities.
- Access to build, edit, or remove clinical providers on-call schedules.
- Full help desk support and specialized online training for administrators and schedulers on schedule builds and functionality of the platform application.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will start as soon as the award is made, with implementation services beginning within 60 days from the date of purchase and not exceeding 4 weeks from planning to start of implementation and 16 weeks from implementation to go-live.
