Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
The prior award history for this requirement indicates a closely related incumbent presence, with Alvarez awarded multiple Vocera-focused maintenance/support and licensing contracts under NNG15SD19B-36C10B27F0020 ($1,466,496; 11/01/26–10/31/29) and earlier awards such as NNG15SD19B-36C10B25F0004 ($1,247,534; 10/01/24–09/30/29) and NNG15SD19B-36C10B24F0023 ($1,162,816; 11/28/23–10/31/26). These prior efforts are described as Vocera hands-free communication maintenance/support and Premier licenses/support for VA medical center use, which appears to align with the FY27 RFI’s focus on providing Vocera software licenses, maintenance/updates, technical support, and administrative support.
