Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Financial Services Center operates an enterprise electronic commerce middleware environment to facilitate system-to-system transaction exchanges between internal applications and external partners. The goal of this contract is to ensure continued operation and support of the IBM B2B Gateway middleware platform, which is essential for the exchange of financial and supply chain transactions.

Work Details
The contractor will provide software licensing, maintenance, and technical support services for the existing middleware environment. Key requirements include:

1. **Software Licensing**: Continued licensing for the IBM B2B Gateway middleware platform.

2. **Maintenance and Support**: Services to maintain operational capability, ensuring compatibility with current transaction mappings and workflows.
