Hyland PACS Licenses

On September 28, 2023, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center, located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 issued a Firm-Fixed-Price Delivery Order 36C10B23F0350 to Alvarez LLC under the terms and conditions of its NASA SEWP V GWAC Contract NNG15SD19B, and modifications thereto. The action was solicited on a sole source basis, as the result of Market Research. Through this action, VA procured brand name Hyland Picture Archive and Communication System gear software licenses, upgrades, and associated maintenance and support for Veterans Integrated Service Networks (VISNs) 10 and 20. The Period of Performance shall be a 12-month base period and two Optional Tasks, both of which were exercised at award. The total value of this delivery order is $1,136,331.30 inclusive of Optional Tasks. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 5.301, 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D), and 16.505(a)(4)(iii), this notification is also being issued to provide the redacted Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity that approved this effort.
