This project focuses on the implementation of Agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI), designed to transform complex medical data into actionable insights, enhancing accuracy, personalizing treatment plans, and optimizing hospital efficiency while maintaining high standards of data security and compliance.

Work Details
The contract involves providing a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS), cloud-based Agentic AI system utilizing AI techniques and technologies within the VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) environment.

Key tasks include:
- Performing retrospective data/chart analysis on historical medical data.
- Facilitating grant discovery and proposal generation.
- Executing clinical studies using the AI-enabled Studies platform.

Specific requirements include:
- Deployment within 60 days of contract award.
- Compliance with VA ATO requirements including FedRAMP.
- Integration with standard VA Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).
- Exporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) data in formats such as Parquet, CSV, or JSON with a 95% accuracy rate.
- Providing access to analytics for 20 investigators/clinicians, ensuring 99% uptime during the project duration.

Deliverables include a Contractor Project Management Plan, Monthly Progress Reports, Privacy & HIPAA training certificates, an Agent AI Implementation Report, Completed Grant Submission, Clinical Study Report, System Boundary Diagram, FedRAMP System Security Plan, and more.
