TSC IT Bentley Software Renewal FY 2027

Background
The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) has a requirement for annual maintenance of software from Bentley Systems, Incorporated. The goal of this contract is to ensure uninterrupted operation and support for various Bentley software products used by Reclamation. Bentley Systems, Incorporated is the sole source provider for these software products, which include FlowMaster, Hammer, WaterCAD, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, RAM Connection, RAM Elements, STAAD.Pro, and STAAD.Pro Advanced.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide annual maintenance support services for the following Bentley software programs: FlowMaster, Hammer, WaterCAD, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, RAM Connection, RAM Elements, STAAD.Pro, and STAAD.Pro Advanced. Responsibilities include:
- Furnishing all necessary software patches to maintain proper functionality.
- Providing all software upgrades that become available during the one-year maintenance period.
- Notifying Reclamation when patches or upgrades are released and delivering them via internet download or CD.
- Offering unlimited technical support via telephone and email during normal working hours.

Period of Performance
The contract is intended to be awarded during fiscal year 2027.

Place of Performance
Bureau of Reclamation, Denver Federal Center, 6th & Kipling, Building 67, 12th floor Denver CO.

Bidder Requirements
Only Bentley Systems, Incorporated can meet the minimum requirements for this contract as there are no authorized resellers. Interested parties must possess a valid DUNS number and Cage Code.
